Sunfire seats are a direct bolt in!
Jeep Wrangler YJ factory seats are NOT comfortable for starters. Due to the age of the old rigs the factory seats are most of the time all busted up pinching the crap out of your legs and butt!
I installed a pair of bucket seats out of a Pontiac Sunfire into my 1991 Jeep Wrangler YJ. For my rig they were a direct bolt in. But from my research Jeep changed the seat sliders a few times from the early generation YJs to the late models. So I can’t promise yours being a direct bolt in, but if not they should be close enough to make fit with very little modifications.
So enter one of my favorite places to visit .. the automotive junkyards! In these glorious places you can find all kinds of treasures! Comfortable seats are one of those treasures.
